- Cache is not cleared. Please follow the steps from this video to fix it.
- You’re an AppSumo user who redeemed codes under different email. Please send your AppSumo codes to our support, and we’ll look up your original account.
- There is a bug that we’re not aware of. Please contact support and explain the issue.
